Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Are you considering a return? Read our customer service page for the practical implementation of returns. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Return exceptions

Your right of return is not applicable to goods that have been made or modified according to the customers specifications or in case the purchase is not part of our normal portfolio, i.e. that have been ordered by us especially on request of the client.

Guarantee

For our products, we give a 3-year warranty from the day of purchase against defects to a BODEGA43, which can be traced back to manufacturing or material defects. The warranty is 2 years for business & catering purposes. Other brands offered on this website have a 2-year warranty for home use and a 1-year warranty for business & catering purposes. Of course, damage due to incorrect handling is not covered by the warranty. If there is something wrong with the product, which is our fault, we will ensure that the product is repaired or exchanged for a new product. Make sure you always add the proof of purchase (the receipt) to the application.
